In this region there are so many different activities, so we have just chosen some that we can really recommend.
CANOEING
Another must for us when we are in southern France is to paddle the canoe in any of the rivers. There are plenty of rental locations and everyone has trips that suit both families with children and the advanced paddle. You usually paddle individually, but get help with equipment and transport back to and from the car. Best paddling closest to our house we think is at the village of Roquebrun in the Orb river. A beautiful city up in the mountains to visit and then wonderful paddling in unspoilt nature with the mountains all around and the crystal clear waters. Lovely gazing to crash, beaches for picnics and bath or fish.
Lots of activities for children of all ages. Adventure parks, safari park, water park, etc. Here are some tips.
